Various theories, models, historical examples, and practical applications are reviewed. Senior criminal justice leaders discuss issues via videoconferencing. Topics include ethics and virtue in criminal justice; navigating the political environment (e.g., being politically savvy without being political); staff development; and labor relations, media relations, and working effectively with various advocacy groups. |
